I’ve used Joe for a couple of houses now (bot buying and selling) and every one of them has been an awesome process! Joe takes the worry out of home buying and he will always have your back. He is a fantastic negotiator both on the buying and selling side. He knows real estate like the back of hand….and is funny and friendly at the same time! I’ll be using him again the next time we move!
